Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Enterprise Architect to lead our digital transformation initiatives by leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud products, including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Adobe Launch. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Adobe's suite of tools and a strong track record of designing and implementing scalable, enterprise-level solutions. Experience with eCommerce and Marketo integrations is highly desired.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Architecture:

- Develop and maintain the architectural vision and strategy for Adobe Experience Cloud implementation.

- Ensure alignment with business goals and integration with existing systems and processes.

- Provide architectural leadership and guidance across multiple projects.

2. Adobe Experience Platform (AEP):

- Design and implement AEP solutions to unify customer data and deliver personalized experiences.

- Develop data schemas, create data ingestion workflows, and set up identity resolution processes.

- Ensure data governance and compliance with industry standards.

3. Customer Journey Analytics (CJA):

- Implement CJA to gain insights into customer behaviors and interactions across channels.

- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize customer journeys and identify key trends.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and measurement strategies.

4. Adobe Target:

- Design and execute personalization and testing strategies using Adobe Target.

- Implement A/B and multivariate tests to optimize customer experiences.

- Integrate Target with other Adobe tools to deliver seamless personalization.

5. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM):

- Architect and implement AEM solutions for content management and delivery.

- Ensure best practices in content architecture, component development, and deployment.

- Integrate AEM with other Adobe tools and third-party systems.

6. Adobe Launch:

- Implement and manage Adobe Launch for tag management and deployment.

- Develop and maintain rules, data elements, and extensions within Adobe Launch.

- Ensure seamless integration of Adobe Launch with other Adobe Experience Cloud products.

7. eCommerce and Marketo Integrations (Optional but Desired):

- Design and implement eCommerce solutions that integrate with Adobe Experience Cloud.

- Develop and manage integrations with Marketo for marketing automation and lead management.

- Ensure seamless data flow and consistency between Adobe tools and eCommerce/Marketo platforms.

8. Collaboration and Leadership:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and business units.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

9. Solution Design and Implementation:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Adobe solutions.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.

- Oversee the integration of Adobe products with other enterprise systems.

10. Documentation and Training:

- Create comprehensive documentation for architecture, design, and implementation.

- Develop and deliver training sessions for stakeholders and end-users.

- Ensure knowledge transfer and support ongoing learning and development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, including AEP, CJA, Adobe Target, AEM, and Adobe Launch.

- Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-level digital solutions.

- Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics, and personalization strategies.

- Experience with eCommerce platforms and Marketo integrations is highly desired.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.

- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certifications are a plus.
