Role Description (mandatory education experience)We are seeking aProgram Operations and Partnerships Managerto lead the execution of bothon-ground campsandonline programs . This full-time, remote role involves overseeing all aspects of operations, logistics, partnerships, and quality management — ensuring that every program meets the highest standards of safety, engagement, and impact. Note:Experience working with minors and a validSafeguarding Level 3 certificationare mandatory. Key Responsibilities1. Student-Facing ResponsibilitiesManagestudent onboarding, engagement, and communicationsacross all program formats. Trackstudent projects, testimonials, and outcomes , ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting. Maintain comprehensiveExcel-based tracking systemsfor over 500 participants. Provide responsive and empatheticsupport to students and parents , ensuring an excellent learning experience. 2. Mentor-Facing ResponsibilitiesLeadmentor recruitment, onboarding, and training , ensuring alignment with program goals. Coordinate with mentors and facilitators to ensureconsistent curriculum delivery and engagement . Gather and reviewmentor feedbackto maintain teaching excellence. Facilitate clear communication between mentors, facilitators, and the LWL team. 3. Camp Management (On-Ground Programs)Overseeend-to-end logisticsincludingairport transfers, accommodation, transport, meals, and safety protocols . EnsureSafeguarding and Child Protection standards (Level 3)are rigorously followed. Coordinate with local vendors, staff, and venues to maintainsmooth operations and safety compliance . Supervise on-ground teams to upholdstudent well-being and program quality . 4. Online Program ManagementOverseevirtual workshops and research programs , managing scheduling, communication, and participant experience. Monitorfeedback and testimonialsto continuously improve online offerings. Supportcontent and curriculum delivery , ensuring consistency and engagement. Collaborate with academic, marketing, and tech teams for program enhancement. 5. Partnership ManagementIdentify andreach out to potential institutional and strategic partnersto expand LWL’s global footprint. Structure new collaborations and programsin partnership with schools, universities, and thought leaders. Manageongoing partner relationships , ensuring mutual goals, impact reporting, and program success. Work with leadership todevelop innovative partnership modelsand joint initiatives. 6. Quality & Continuous ImprovementMaintain highprogram quality and delivery standardsacross all initiatives. Track and analyzefeedback scores, performance metrics, and participant satisfaction . Develop reports and recommendations forprocess improvement and innovation . Ensure operational consistency across diverse program types and geographies. QualificationsProven experience inProgram or Operations Management in education , ideally in education, youth engagement, or training. StrongExcel and data management skillsfor participant tracking and reporting. Experience managingon-ground logistics, safety, and safeguardingfor minors. Demonstrated success inPartnership Development and Relationship Management . Excellentcommunication and stakeholder coordinationskills across cultures and time zones. Stronganalytical, problem-solving, and organizationalskills. Bachelor’s degree inEducation, Management, or related field(preferred).
