This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about communication, thrives in fast-paced environments, and loves being at the heart of live event action.Key ResponsibilitiesManageend-to-end client communication, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle. Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments —production, creative, and logistics— to translate client needs into actionable deliverables. Prepareclient reports, proposals, and presentations, ensuring high-quality documentation and presentation standards. Handle on-site client servicingwith professionalism, ensuring smooth execution and proactive issue management. Drivenew business development, identify potential clients, and contribute to the company’s growth through relationship-building and lead conversion. Maintain accurate documentation, contact reports, and status trackers using internal tools and Microsoft Suite.Desired Skills & Qualifications2–4 years of relevant experience inclient servicing, communication, or event management. Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills, with a flair for relationship management. Excellentmultitasking and organizational abilities; able to perform under tight deadlines. Proficiency inMicrosoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with CRM or project coordination tools. Creative mindsetwith attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership. Background inevents, marketing, or advertisingpreferred.Personality FitEnergetic, detail-oriented, and client-first in every interaction. Calm under pressure, quick-thinking, and adaptable in dynamic environments. A naturalteam playerwho thrives on collaboration and creative problem-solving.
