We are presently hiring for " Senior Manager / Manger- Plant Administration "role one of the leading chemical industry inNaidupeta, Andhra Pradesh.Experience: 8Years+ in Plant Management/Plant Operation/ Plant Administrative & Liaison Location:Naidupeta, Andhra Pradesh.Minimum Requirements: A mechanical engineering degree is preferable but not mandatory; main focus is on experience in Plant Administration and Plant Management. Focus on this position is to ideally get a person who has experience in setting up, managing and administering a continuous process factory.He will not be directly responsible for technical work but mainly for all admin/ operational matters related to plant. He should have thorough knowledge ofPlant Operations, Liaising and PPC and can assist the production head wherever necessary.Job Profile: 1) Co-ordination and liaising between plant and HO 2) Responsible for general administration and operations of the Plant. He will work in collaboration with all line Managers whenever necessary. 3) Interaction with various external government bodies like land, excise, pollution, factory department and sales tax departments etc. 4) Overseeing fulfillment of all statutory requirements 5) Responsible for commercial negotiations and execution of any on site work including new process implementations. 6) Auditing all records maintained by Plant on a weekly basis Experience in managing administration/ facility management of a plant for any continuous process industry is preferredOther Remarks: Experience in managing a continuous process industry plant is a must.Interested candidates may send their updated CV at bhumika@peoplemint.in
