You will not be responsible forhigh-level strategy ,executive relationship management , orvalue communication- your job is torun the technical implementation playbook with precisionso that our AI apps areshipped successfully and on schedule .Must-Have Qualifications 5+ yearsof technical project management experience, ideally inAI, data, or software developmentprojects. Proven ability torun delivery projectswith remote teams and distributed stakeholders. Familiarity withcloud deployment, data pipelines, APIs, and AI/ML workflows(you don’t need to build, but you should understand dependencies). Experience working inagile or semi-agile environments . Strongcommunication skills- especially written updates, project tracking, and structured documentation. Continuously evolve thedelivery playbookinto ascalable digital frameworkthat reduces time-to-live and increases repeatability. 3. Customer Implementation Leadership Serve as theoperational bridgebetween customer goals and technical execution. Drive alignment betweenSolution Architects, Data Engineers, and Developersto ensure seamless handoffs and milestone tracking. Anticipate andresolve blockersbefore they impact timelines. 4. People and Process Leadership Build, coach, and manage ateam of Implementation Managerscapable of handling concurrent enterprise projects. Foster adelivery culturegrounded in ownership, precision, and accountability. Implementperformance metricsaligned with customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and risk reduction. 5. Metrics, Reporting, and Governance Track and reportdelivery healthacross all accounts using structured dashboards. Define key performance indicators (on-time delivery rate, escalation count, time-to-resolution, customer satisfaction). Support executive leadership inquarterly business reviewsandproduct strategy sessions . 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely withProduct, Sales, and Customer Successto ensure alignment on customer commitments. Partner withAI Productization and Engineeringteams to ensure seamless deployment pipelines.
