The Implementation Leader will own theoperational excellenceof all AI solution deployments - fromdata readiness and environment setup to model rollout and go-live assurance . This is asenior execution leadership rolethat ensures our technical delivery remainsworld-class, predictable, and scalable . You willlead a team of Implementation Managers and cross-functional contributors , partnering closely with Product, AI Engineering, and Value Enablement to turn every customer implementation into asuccess story and reusable product pattern . You will report to theHead of Deliverywith adotted line to the CAIO , and be an integral part of Sutra’sProduct Leadership Council .Why This Role Matters The success of Sutra.AI’s product depends on theprecision of its implementation . This is aremote, detail-heavy execution rolefocused on managing thetechnical workflowsinvolved in building AI-powered applications for our customers. You will not be responsible forhigh-level strategy ,executive relationship management , orvalue communication- your job is torun the technical implementation playbook with precisionso that our AI apps areshipped successfully and on schedule .Must-Have Qualifications 5+ yearsof technical project management experience, ideally inAI, data, or software developmentprojects. Proven ability torun delivery projectswith remote teams and distributed stakeholders. Familiarity withcloud deployment, data pipelines, APIs, and AI/ML workflows(you don’t need to build, but you should understand dependencies). Experience working inagile or semi-agile environments . Strongcommunication skills- especially written updates, project tracking, and structured documentation. Highly organized with anownership mindset- you keep things moving and follow through rigorously.Required Experience Specifics Customer-facing delivery experience:Direct customer interaction during implementations. Multi-project management:Ability to manage 4–5 concurrent implementations (customer PODs). Crisis management:Experience handling production issues or failed deployments.Key Responsibilities 1. Delivery Excellence and Workflow Ownership Lead Sutra’sstandardized transformation playbookend-to-end - covering data integration, use case definition, AI model development, and deployment. Ensurestructured, measurable implementation processesthat deliver on-time, high-quality outcomes for every customer. Institutionalizebest practices for delivery governance, QA, and release readiness . 2. Productization of Delivery Workflows Partner with the Product and Engineering teams to transformmanual or human-in-the-loop (HITL)activities intoproductized features and automation tools . Continuously evolve thedelivery playbookinto ascalable digital frameworkthat reduces time-to-live and increases repeatability. 3. Customer Implementation Leadership Serve as theoperational bridgebetween customer goals and technical execution. Drive alignment betweenSolution Architects, Data Engineers, and Developersto ensure seamless handoffs and milestone tracking. Anticipate andresolve blockersbefore they impact timelines. 4. People and Process Leadership Build, coach, and manage ateam of Implementation Managerscapable of handling concurrent enterprise projects. Foster adelivery culturegrounded in ownership, precision, and accountability. Implementperformance metricsaligned with customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and risk reduction. 5. Metrics, Reporting, and Governance Track and reportdelivery healthacross all accounts using structured dashboards. Define key performance indicators (on-time delivery rate, escalation count, time-to-resolution, customer satisfaction). Support executive leadership inquarterly business reviewsandproduct strategy sessions . 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely withProduct, Sales, and Customer Successto ensure alignment on customer commitments. Partner withAI Productization and Engineeringteams to ensure seamless deployment pipelines.
