Job Description:

- Project Management of Enterprise Data Deals: Structure and manage the delivery tracks involved in large data deals - coordinating across layers of Draup's data projects: engineering, modeling, manual curation, QA, product, documentation and customer transfer.

- Own timelines, blockers, and stakeholder updates. Manage different stakeholders on the customer side across business, engineering & product to ensure Draup data adoption with the customer's end users.

- Use Case Discovery & Solution Design: Work closely with large enterprise customers to understand their goals and shape how Draup's data products (signals, taxonomies, models) can solve specific business problems.

- Data Mapping & Prioritization: Identify and configure the most relevant datasets and models within Draup to address customer use cases. Recommend what can be prioritized if something is missing and work internally to align.

- Customization & Feasibility Assessments: Design customer-specific solutions - including taxonomy alignment, enrichment needs, and model tweaks. Assess feasibility and guide the customization journey with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams.

- Responsive Customer Management: Act as the first line of resolution for data-related escalations and issues. Maintain composure in high-pressure situations, solve for what's urgent, and coordinate cross-functionally to keep delivery on track.

- Collaboration Across Functions: Serve as a connective layer between internal teams (Tech, Product, Data Science, Research, Manual Ops) and the customer context. Ensure shared clarity on what needs to be delivered and why.

- Process Setup with Manual Curation Teams: Work with Draup's curation and data ops teams to set up repeatable processes for customer-specific data delivery - including QA checks, validation rules, and change management.

- Documentation & Traceability: Maintain structured documentation of customer asks, mappings, assumptions, and solution paths. Build a system of record for future reference and reuse.

- Scalability & Best Practice Codification: Identify scalable elements from bespoke customer work and help convert them into internal playbooks, reusable templates, or roadmap features
