Senior Consultant Role

A senior consultant is responsible for leading the management of enterprise data deals, ensuring timely delivery and coordinating across various teams. This involves structuring and managing the delivery tracks involved in large data deals, as well as owning timelines, blockers, and stakeholder updates.

Main Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Manage the delivery tracks involved in large data deals, coordinating with engineering, modeling, manual curation, QA, product, documentation, and customer transfer teams.
  • Timelines and Stakeholder Updates: Own timelines, blockers, and stakeholder updates, managing different stakeholders on the customer side across business, engineering & product to ensure data adoption with the customer's end users.
  • Use Case Discovery and Solution Design: Work closely with large enterprise customers to understand their goals and shape how data products can solve specific business problems.
  • Data Mapping and Prioritization: Identify and configure the most relevant datasets and models within Draup to address customer use cases, recommending what can be prioritized if something is missing and working internally to align.
  • Customization and Feasibility Assessments: Design customer-specific solutions, including taxonomy alignment, enrichment needs, and model tweaks, assessing feasibility and guiding the customization journey with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a connective layer between internal teams (Tech, Product, Data Science, Research, Manual Ops) and the customer context, ensuring shared clarity on what needs to be delivered and why.
About the Role

This role requires strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have 4-8 years of experience and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
