Roles and responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about programs, fees, admission procedures etc. to the students.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospective students to address their queries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interaction with students.
  • Explain program details, eligibility criteria, admission process, and any other relevant information to interested individuals.

Experience: Min.1-3 years of experience in calling, counselling, lead generation, sales, or business development.
