We value diversity and are committed to providing an inclusive working environment where human beings of all backgrounds can thrive.  Job Overview As Senior Associate, Corporate Finance, you will be working closely with global CXOs and MDs to shape business strategy & drive equity fundraising for the global business.

You will also be responsible for investor relations.

The global business has already raised $100 million in equity from top tier American investors — a16z, Visa, Khosla, IFC, etc for the thesis that AI can revolutionize financial services across emerging markets.

The company did a bridge round in 2024 of $7mn.

You will build from here — with a focus on attracting the best set of Indian strategic and global investors — towards a successful IPO.

  Roles & Responsibilities Drive equity fundraise processes end-to-end, meeting critical timelines while working with internal and external stakeholders Lead and coordinate cross-functional due diligence processes covering tax, legal, financial, commercial and technical work-streams Prepare impactful business case decks, information memorandums, teasers and other transaction-related materials for internal and external stakeholders Relationship/stakeholder management with current and potential investors to keep them updated, engaged, and excited about the company’s business and its prospects.

Supporting the creation of short-term as well as long-term business plans / financial models with underlying assumptions, historical financials, KPI build-up etc.

Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including periodic filings, disclosures, and adherence to governance standards.

Contribute across other capital markets activity as required, including debt raise.

Maintain Investor relation by sending monthly updates to investors and provide data to investors on quarterly basis.

Qualifications 3-5 years of total experience.

Fintech or broader NBFC financial services experience preferred.

Must have been involved in at least one full fundraise cycle (preferably series B,C,D) with high level of ownership of preparation of marketing materials, financial model, term sheet, due diligence and documentation to have.

Corp dev / Investor relationships / IB background Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong knowledge of corporate finance fundamentals, experience in valuation and integration exercises.

Strong financial acumen and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment across multiple time zones as our investors will be based in Asia, America, Europe and Middle East — in addition to India.
