The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in technology.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse international market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities and propose innovative strategies for growth
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, qualifying leads, developing proposals, Demo calls, negotiating terms, and closing deals, to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Represent the company at executive meetings, international conferences, and events to support the establishment of strategic partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders.
- Assist in achieving sales targets by contributing to the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, managing client relationships, and supporting negotiations with international clients.
- Provide guidance and support to junior business development team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on expanding global reach by cold emailing and cold callings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of international projects, aligning business development strategies with overall organisational goals.
- Cultivate new contacts to build a strong network in international markets, focusing on key regions to foster long-term partnerships and growth opportunities.
- Work with existing sales technology tools (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Lusha) and recommend new tools as needed to enhance business development processes.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting KPIs related to international business development, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
Required Competencies and Experience:
- Sales & Business Development: Proven experience in sales and business development within a B2B environment, particularly working with senior-level decision-makers.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, with the ability to balance hands-on analysis and big-picture strategy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent organisational, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver demo calls.
- Project Management: Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage the team.
- Interpersonal Skills: Dynamic, engaging, and diplomatic, with the ability to build strong relationships, navigate complex negotiations, and maintain discretion when needed.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English
