Job Title: HR Generalist 

Experience: 6 to 8 years 

Qualification: MBA 

Job Location: Bangalore, Work from Office

Roles and Responsibilities:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following areas:


A. Talent Acquisition

1. Understand and create job descriptions for open positions.

2. Source suitable profiles.

3. Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, from sourcing to selection.

4. Ensure cultural fit of new hires.

5. Negotiate salaries with management’s approval.


B. New Talent Management

1. Generate offer letters and necessary documentation.

2. Conduct background checks.

3. Organize new employee orientation.


C. Policies & Process Management

1. Review and recommend updates to existing policies.

2. Implement approved policy changes.

3. Develop and implement new policies and processes as needed.

4. Communicate policies to all employees.


D. Performance Management System

1. Implement and manage the PMS system in consultation with management.

2. Communicate KRAs to employees.

3. Continuously optimize PMS based on feedback.

4. Support scientific performance appraisals and manage disbursements.


E. Learning & Development

1. Identify training needs.

2. Organize relevant training programs.


F. Talent Retention, Employee Engagement & Welfare Programs

1. Conduct surveys to understand work culture and retention challenges.

2. Develop a talent retention framework.

3. Initiate and manage employee engagement and welfare programs.

4. Implement reward programs to motivate employees.

5. Foster a positive work culture.


G. Payroll Management

1. Configure the HRIS system and assist the accounts team with payroll management.

2. Manage leaves.

3. Provide monthly payroll and leave reports to management.


H. Overall HR Activities

1. Generate relevant MIS and reports.

2. Discuss and establish organizational structure with management.

3. Strengthen the HR function.


I. Exit Process

1. Manage exit processes and ensure smooth transitions.
