Job Description :


We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Workday HCM modules, particularly in Performance Management, Benefits and Compensation, Payroll, Attendance, Leave Management, Reporting, Configuration, and Support.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting, configuring, and enhancing Workday applications to meet business needs, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum 3 years in Workday HCM functional roles.

- Workday Modules : Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM, Performance Management, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Attendance, and Leave Management.

Technical Proficiency :

- Workday Reporting and Analytics.

- Workday configuration and troubleshooting skills.

- Business Acumen : Deep understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.

- Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on issue resolution.

- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Certifications : Workday HCM Certification is preferred.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, or Studio).

- Experience in supporting large-scale HR system implementations or optimizations.

- Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security practices.

Responsibilities :


- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, including Performance Management, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Attendance, and Leave Management.


- Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and data integrity.


- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing timely solutions to minimize disruptions.


- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.


- Leverage Workday Reporting and Analytics to generate insightful reports and dashboards.


- Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday features and best practices.


- Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and optimization projects.


- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Workday documentation and training materials.
