🚀Hiring:- Head of Engineering 📍 Location: Bangalore (Koramangala) – On-site🕒 Type: Full-time💼 Experience: 6–12 years💰 Compensation: upto 50LPA + Performance Bonus👨💼 Reports to: FounderAbout BhashSMSBhashSMS is one of India’s fastest-growing SME communication platforms, powering millions of SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS messages every day.We are building India’s SME Engagement OS — helping small businesses automate marketing, grow repeat customers, and scale revenue through AI + multi-channel communication.We are now entering the next phase of growth:₹1 Cr → ₹200 Cr/month revenue by 2030.To achieve this, we need a strong engineering leader to scale products, teams, and systems.Role Overview:-We are hiring a Lead Engineer who will operate as the Head of Engineering.This role is ideal for someone who:👥 Can lead a 4–10 member team🏗️ Can architect scalable systems⚡ Can ship fast in an early-stage environment🤝 Can work closely with the founder🚀 Wants to grow into a CTO role in 12–24 monthsThis is a hands-on + leadership role.Responsibilities:-1. Product & ArchitectureOwn architecture for SMS, WhatsApp API, and RCS platformRevamp systems for scale and reliabilityBuild internal Sales OS (CRM + funnel + attribution)Lead new WebApp developmentImplement automation and AI-driven features2. Engineering ExecutionLead backend, frontend, QA, and internsMaintain coding standards and reviewsBuild scalable, fault-tolerant systemsManage releases and sprints3. AI & Data IntegrationIntegrate new AI Data productBuild scoring engines: lead scoring, churn prediction, suggestionsBuild analytics dashboards4. Reliability & Cost OptimizationMonitor uptime, logs, infra healthOptimize routing for cost & deliverabilityBuild internal automation tools5.
