Product & ArchitectureOwn architecture for SMS, WhatsApp API, and RCS platformRevamp systems for scale and reliabilityBuild internal Sales OS (CRM + funnel + attribution)Lead new WebApp developmentImplement automation and AI-driven features2. Engineering ExecutionLead backend, frontend, QA, and internsMaintain coding standards and reviewsBuild scalable, fault-tolerant systemsManage releases and sprints3. AI & Data IntegrationIntegrate new AI Data productBuild scoring engines: lead scoring, churn prediction, suggestionsBuild analytics dashboards4. Reliability & Cost OptimizationMonitor uptime, logs, infra healthOptimize routing for cost & deliverabilityBuild internal automation tools5.
