Credit Underwriting:- Assess new and enhanced credit proposals for working capital facilities.- Analyze financial statements, projections, and industry trends to evaluate creditworthiness.- Prepare detailed risk advisories covering business, financial, management, and structural risks.Stakeholder Engagement:- Present credit recommendations to senior credit committees, influencing key decisions.- Conduct meetings with company management and lenders; perform site and plant visits for holistic credit evaluation.- Portfolio ManagementCompliance & Coordination:- Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and RBI guidelines.- Coordinate with legal, valuation, and operations teams to facilitate timely disbursements.Qualifications & Skills:- CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.- 9 years of experience in credit underwriting for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and risk assessment.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Familiarity with RBI regulations and corporate banking products.
