This individual will play a key role in sourcing, identifying, and recruiting IT professionals for our clients in the United States. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in US staffing, specifically dealing with state and federal clients, as well as direct clients.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing and Recruitment:Identify and source qualified IT candidates for various positions in the US staffing process.Leverage multiple channels, such as job boards, , networking, and referrals, to attract top talent.Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess the technical skills, experience, and cultural fit of candidates.Full Cycle Recruitment:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requirement gathering to candidate submission and interview coordination.Ensure all documentation, such as resumes, interview feedback, and offer letters, are processed efficiently.Experience:1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically in the US staffing process.Proven experience working with state and federal clients and direct clients within the US staffing industry.
