Nestled in the serene surroundings of Sanghinagar, at the foothills of the iconic Sanghi Temple, we offer guests a transformative experience through curated wellness programs, nutritious cuisine, yoga, and mindful hospitality.We’re seeking a passionate and dynamic Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments while upholding Kyra’s ethos of wellness, warmth, and excellence.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage resort operations including front office, housekeeping, spa, F&B, and guest services. - Maintain the highest standards of guest experience aligned with Kyra’s wellness philosophy. - Coordinate with the hospitality, wellness, and culinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Supervise staff schedules, training, and performance to build a motivated, efficient team. - Handle guest feedback, operational challenges, and on-ground issues with professionalism. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. - Work closely with management on budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization. - Support marketing and event coordination activities related to wellness retreats and guest experiences.Desired Skills & Experience:- 5+ years of experience in hospitality or resort management (wellness or boutique segment preferred). - Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Hands-on experience managing multi-department operations. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of wellness concepts, spa operations, or Ayurveda hospitality is an added advantage.Why Join Kyra Wellness:- Be part of a growing brand redefining wellness hospitality in India. - Work in a peaceful, nature-rich environment that fosters personal and professional growth. - Opportunity to shape unique wellness experiences for our guests. - Mandatory: Willing to relocate to Sanghi Nagar, Hyderabad (accommodation provided on-site)Come be part of a team that’s redefining the way the world experiences wellness.
