This role requires strong collaboration with spa managers, business leaders, and other HR teams to drive a positive workplace culture and align HR strategies with business goals to manage a committed workforce of 700+ front end spa & beauty associates.Key Responsibilities1. Employee Relations and Grievance Management ·Serve as the first point of contact for grievance handling and employee concerns at spa locations. ·Mediate workplace conflicts and recommend resolutions in alignment with company policies. ·Regularly visit spa locations (as needed) to build relationships with employees and address their queries effectively. 2. Employee Engagement and Retention ·Drive engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and improve retention. ·Organize employee feedback sessions and follow up with actionable improvements. ·Support spa managers & city managers in implementing initiatives to enhance team cohesion and morale. 3. Change Management ·Partner with spa managers and business leaders to support organizational change initiatives ·Act as a change ambassador, ensuring effective communication and smooth implementation of new policies, processes, and business strategies across spa locations. ·Monitor employee readiness and address resistance to change ·Provide feedback to leadership on change adoption and recommend improvements based on on-ground observations. 4. Liaison with other HR team members ·Collaborate with the training and development team to ensure smooth implementation of learning programs. ·Coordinate with the payroll and compliance team by forwarding employee queries related to salaries, attendance, and benefits for timely resolution. 5. Workforce Analytics and Reporting ·Track and report key HR metrics such as attrition, employee engagement, and productivity at spa locations. ·Use data insights to identify trends and recommend proactive interventions to address potential issues. 6. Strategic HR Support and Policy Implementation ·Partner with spa managers to address people-related challenges and provide long lasting & long term HR solutions. ·Support the implementation of company HR policies across spa locations to ensure consistent compliance and adherence. ·Conduct audits or spot-checks during visits to confirm compliance with HR guidelines. 7.
