About the Role :

Our client, a leading Fintech NBFC, is seeking a Vice President of Technology to spearhead their technological vision and execution. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise to design scalable systems, implement robust technical strategies, and guide engineering teams to success.

Key Responsibilities :


- Technology Strategy : Define and execute the company's technical roadmap in alignment with business goals.


- System Design : Architect and oversee the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.


- Team Leadership : Mentor and manage engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


- DevOps Ownership : Establish and enhance DevOps practices to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications.


- Database Expertise : Optimize database architecture and performance to support critical business functions.


- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate technical solutions with business operations.


Key Qualifications :


- 7+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, ideally in the Fintech or NBFC sector.


- Strong expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.


- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable systems.


- Hands-on experience with database management, optimization, and performance tuning.


- Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with a focus on building high-performing teams.


- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance technical depth and business acumen.
