Job Title: Application Lead – SAP GRC

Location: Bengaluru, India

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of strong experience in SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (SAP GRC)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Lead with expertise in SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (SAP GRC). The role involves leading the design, build, and configuration of applications while serving as the primary point of contact for project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams, ensure project milestones, and deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP GRC.
  • Lead and manage application development processes, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive key technical and functional decisions.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to team members.
  • Troubleshoot, propose, and implement solutions for issues across multiple teams.
  • Ensure project goals, timelines, and milestones are consistently met.
  • Own team decisions and foster a collaborative work environment.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (SAP GRC).
  • Hands-on experience in SAP GRC Access Control.
  • Expertise in configuring and implementing SAP GRC solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts.
  • Familiarity with SAP GRC Risk Management processes.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to broader SAP Security concepts and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of strong experience in SAP GRC.
  • Bachelor's degree (15 years of full-time education required).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
