Work Mode: 100% RemoteShift: US Shift Weekly Off: 2 Days OffAbout Shifa Therapy Shifa Therapy is a rapidly growing mental wellness organisation focused on improving emotional well-being through structured therapy programs. We are looking for compassionate and skilled Health Coaches who can guide clients and contribute to business success.Key Responsibilities • Engage with prospective clients to understand their mental wellness needs. • Clearly communicate Shifa Therapy’s programs, benefits, pricing, and on-boarding steps. • Handle inbound and outbound interactions with international clients. • Achieve monthly enrolment and conversion targets. • Build strong, long-term relationships to improve client satisfaction. • Maintain accurate documentation and manage all client interactions within the CRM system. • Ensure timely follow-ups and lead tracking using CRM tools. • Work closely with the leadership team to share feedback, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives.Required Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of Healthcare Sales experience (mandatory). • Experience in mental wellness / therapy / healthcare industry preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable working in US shift timings. • Experience with CRM software and data management. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting. • Empathetic and customer-focused approach.What We Offer • Fully remote working environment. • Attractive and high incentives per closed deal. • Opportunity to work with international customers, mainly from the US. • Supportive team environment with direct collaboration with leadership. • A meaningful career contributing to mental health and wellness.
