Position Overview:


We are looking for a skilled Human Resource Specialist with experience in recruiting for the digital marketing domain. This part-time role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and attracting high-quality candidates within the digital marketing industry or a similar field.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and potential candidates.
  • Manage candidate communications and provide timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  • Assist in negotiating job offers and closing candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Human Resource Specialist or Recruiter, with a focus on hiring for digital marketing agencies or a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing roles, skills, and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.


Schedule and Compensation:

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, offering the opportunity to work remotely. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
