Responsibilities :- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions within Salesforce Field Service (FSL), including custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, workflows, process builder flows, and integrations.- Configure and customize FSL features such as scheduling, dispatching, optimization, mobile workflows, and work orders.- Develop and maintain integrations between FSL and other systems, using APIs and middleware.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FSL implementations.- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, particularly in the FSL domain.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.- Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.- Participate in Agile/Scrum development Skills and Experience : - Relevant experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on field service.- Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.- Deep understanding of Salesforce FSL architecture, data model, and functionality.- Experience with FSL mobile app customization and offline capabilities.- Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs, and experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems.- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Field Service Lightning Consultant) are highly Skills : - Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Apex Unit Tests, Jest).
