Salesforce Lightning Developer

Required Skills & Experience :
- Proven hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning framework (Aura/LWC).
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, data migration, and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a strong plus).
- Salesforce Administrator or App Builder certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or industry-specific solutions such as Financial Services Cloud.
- Good to have familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tools like (Azure DevOps., Copado, AutoRABIT, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines).
- Good to have experience with middleware and integration platforms (MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi, or similar).
- Good to have strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and system design.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
