Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

- Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

- Monitor branch performance and identify areas for improvement.

Team Leadership:

- Manage and lead a team of operational staff.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.

- Organize training sessions to improve team skills and knowledge.

Customer Service:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve service quality.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure branch operations comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Identify and mitigate operational risks.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations.

Process Improvement:

- Analyze branch operations and identify opportunities for process optimization.

- Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

- Monitor the implementation of process changes and assess their impact.

Financial Management:

- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the branch.

- Monitor branch expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.

- Prepare financial reports and present them to senior management.

Sales and Marketing Support:

- Collaborate with the sales team to support branch sales activities.

- Implement marketing initiatives to promote branch services.

- Analyze market trends and provide insights to the sales team.

Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare regular reports on branch performance and operational metrics.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of branch activities.

- Ensure proper documentation of all operational processes.

Grievance Management:

- Handle grievances of students regarding the completion of batches and placements.

- Develop and implement grievance redressal mechanisms.

- Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of student grievances
