This is a dynamic role where you'll manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, while driving automation and reporting excellence.Key Responsibilities:- Handle day-to-day accounting: sales, purchases, journal entries, ledger maintenance, vouchers, bank reconciliations, debit/credit notes- Manage GST workings and filings: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6A, GSTR-9 & 9C, and reconciliation- Oversee TDS calculation, payment, returns, and reconciliation, including revisions- Prepare MIS reports and support cash flow management- Drive automation initiatives in accounting and finance processes- Work with accounting tools like Zoho Books, Tally, Genius, and Zoho Analytics- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with statutory requirements- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants/auditors as neededRequired Skills:- Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and reconciliation- Proficient in Excel and Advanced Excel- Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong ownership and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and bring innovation to routine financial tasks- Hands-on experience with accounting software/ERPs and financial automation toolsQualifications & Experience:- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.- Master's in Finance or any related field.
