Position Title: Marketing Assistant & Coordinator


Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai


Working Days: Monday to Saturday


Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Marketing Assistant & Coordinator. This full-time position involves assisting with day-to-day tasks, managing social media accounts, and utilizing digital tools such as Google Sheets and Forms. The ideal candidate will also get exposure to WhatsApp marketing strategies and will be instrumental for outreach efforts.


 Key Responsibilities:


Marketing Support:

- Assist in developing WhatsApp marketing campaigns to promote classes and events.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate ideas for content that resonates with our audience.

- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for improving operational efficiency.


- Daily Administrative Support:

- Assist with routine office tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, whatsapps, and maintaining organized records.

- Support team members in various administrative and research functions as needed.


Data Management:

- Utilize Google Sheets for tracking tasks, managing data, and reporting on progress.

- Create Google Forms for feedback collection and surveys.


 Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role or social media management is a plus.


Skills:

- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms).

- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
