Senior Associate Developer

Role : Senior Associate Developer - Tenrox & Broadcom ClarityWe're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Associate Developer to specialize in Tenrox and Broadcom Clarity (CA PPM) platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting customizations and integrations for these critical project and portfolio management applications. This role requires a strong understanding of both technical development and business processes to enhance system functionality and ensure data accuracy.Key Responsibilities :- Development & Customization : Design, develop, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, workflows, and integrations within the Tenrox and Broadcom Clarity platforms. You will also customize and configure system modules to support resource management, time tracking, and financial tracking.- Systems Integration : Develop and maintain APIs, web services, and data integrations to connect Tenrox and Clarity with other enterprise systems like ERP and HRIS.- Analysis & Problem-Solving : Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving application issues to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.- Collaboration & Support : Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. You will also assist in planning and executing system upgrades and migrations.Technical Skills :Core Platforms :- Strong knowledge of Tenrox for time tracking, resource management, and workflow customization.- Proficiency in Broadcom Clarity (CA Clarity PPM) for configuration, reporting, and integration.Database & Scripting :- Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, or other database query languages.- Familiarity with scripting languages like JavaScript and VBScript for customization.Integration & APIs :- Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) and APIs.Methodologies :- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL processes is a plus.Experience & Education :- Experience : 3 to 5 years of professional experience in supporting, developing, or customizing Tenrox and/or Broadcom Clarity (CA Clarity PPM) applications.- Education : A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
