We are seeking a highly organized Personal Secretary to support the head of our company. You'll manage schedules, take records of important discussions, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and prioritize the executive’s calendar and appointments. Record minutes of meetings and maintain accurate documentation. Coordinate communications and handle administrative tasks. Ensure smooth scheduling based on priorities. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.What We’re Looking For:
