Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Preparer to handle US-based bookkeeping assignments. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of accounting principles, hands-on experience with QuickBooks , and excellent communication skills to coordinate with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bookkeeping tasks for US clients

  • Record financial transactions including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and journal entries

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with US accounting standards

  • Maintain and organize financial records using QuickBooks

  • Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding documentation and clarifications

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • M.Com / ICWA / CMA / Inter CA / CPA

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in US bookkeeping

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
