We partner with some of the largest enterprises globally, delivering tailored, mission-critical services that drive innovation, performance, and long-term success.We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Technical Consultant who thrives on solving complex business challenges, especially those related to data migration and reporting.What You’ll Do:As part of our Oracle ERP Cloud implementation team, you’ll:- Lead the design and development of reports and data migration solutions for customer implementations. - Collaborate with remote and distributed teams to build scalable, reusable solutions. - Translate business processes into technical designs and deliver high-quality outcomes. - Ensure customer success through proactive support, including fixes and patches. - Contribute to organizational growth by mentoring and referring top talent.What You Bring:We’re looking for someone with 4–10 years of experience and a background in Engineering or Computer Applications. You should have:- Deep expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud and E-Business Suite (EBS) data models—especially in Financials, Distribution, and Manufacturing. - Strong understanding of business process flows in Oracle ERP Cloud (Finance or Supply Chain). - Hands-on experience with SaaS technical components like BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI. - Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills, with a knack for writing optimized, high-performance code. - Proven experience in data migration from EBS to Oracle Cloud.Soft Skills That Set You Apart:- Excellent communication—both written and verbal. - Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management. - Ability to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. - Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.Why Join Us?:At CSS, you’ll work with industry-leading experts, cutting-edge technology, and some of Oracle’s most strategic customers.
