The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles, tools, and processes, paired with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Engagement:
  • Identify and engage top technical talent through platforms such as , GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other specialized channels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for engineering, IT, data science, and other technical roles.
  • Candidate Screening & Assessment:
  • Review technical resumes and conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate technical interviews, assessments, and coding challenges.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and align on hiring criteria.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to extending offers.
  • Provide candidates with an exceptional recruitment experience, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
  • Collaborate with HR to negotiate and finalize offer letters and onboarding logistics.
  • Collaboration & Relationship Management:
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers by providing insights into market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, creating a positive impression of the company’s employer brand.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidates and streamline the hiring process.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, either in-house or with a staffing agency.
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles and skills, including programming languages, software tools, and IT infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools like Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with technical assessments and coding challenges.
  • Experience recruiting for specialized roles in [specific industry, e.g., SaaS, fintech, AI].
  • Certification in Talent Acquisition or HR (e.g., SHRM, AIRS).
