Salesforce Delivery Lead and Architect

About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamicSalesforce Delivery Manager & Technical Architectto lead our Salesforce initiatives and build a best-in-class Salesforce practice within our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can oversee multi-cloud Salesforce implementations, define technical architectures, drive delivery excellence, and scale the internal Salesforce team. The ideal candidate will combinedeep technical expertisein Salesforce withenterprise architecture knowledgeandbusiness acumento drive successful outcomes across Sales, Service, Revenue, and Data Clouds — as well as integrations with ERP and eCommerce systems. Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Practice Leadership Establish and scale the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) and internal delivery practice. Define delivery frameworks, governance models, coding standards, and technical best practices. Mentor and grow a team of Salesforce developers, admins, and consultants. Collaborate with leadership to align Salesforce strategy with business goals. Delivery & Architecture Ownership Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing), and Data Cloud. Define enterprise-grade technical architectures, data models, and integration patterns. Drive solution design, oversee development, and ensure successful delivery on time and within scope. Partner closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams. Integration & Enterprise Architecture Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud). Ensure Salesforce aligns with broader enterprise architecture and IT governance standards. Leverage API frameworks, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and event-driven architecture. Innovation & Technical Leadership Stay ahead of Salesforce ecosystem innovations — including AI, Data Cloud, and automation features. Provide thought leadership around Salesforce scalability, performance optimization, and security. Contribute to solution accelerators, reusable components, and IP assets. Required Skills & Experience10+ yearsof total experience withSalesforce platform— including at least5 years in a delivery lead or architect role. Proven experience acrossmultiple Salesforce Clouds(Sales, Service, Revenue/CPQ, Data, Community/Experience). Strong hands-on experience withApex, LWC, Flow, and integration frameworks(REST/SOAP APIs). Deep understanding ofSalesforce data model, security model, and deployment strategy (CI/CD). Expertise inintegrationswithERP and eCommerce systems. Working knowledge ofenterprise architecture frameworks(TOGAF, Zachman, etc.). Experience in leadingend-to-end Salesforce project delivery— from discovery to post go-live support. Prior experience inbuilding or scaling Salesforce teams or practiceswithin a company or consultancy. Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Preferred Application Architect / System Architect Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Data Cloud certifications Soft SkillsExceptional leadership and communication skills. Comfortable leading discovery discussions with C and VP level stakeholders. Strong client management and stakeholder engagement abilities. Strategic thinker with an execution-oriented mindset.
