Freelance Fitness Coaches

At FUME, we’re on a mission to help busy professionals and entrepreneurs lose weight, improve their health, and build sustainable lifestyles — without crash diets or extreme workouts.

We are now expanding our fitness experience for clients and are looking for freelance coaches in two specializations:

• Strength Conditioning Coach (functional strength, joint-friendly, beginner-safe workouts)
• Dance Fitness Coach (fun, low-impact sessions with music & movement)

💻 Work Mode: Remote (Zoom live sessions)

🕖 Timing: 7:30 AM IST, 1–2 sessions per week

💰 Compensation: Per session (based on experience)

Role Description

• Lead engaging online group sessions tailored for obese/overweight beginners (40+ age group).
• Design safe, progressive routines that build confidence, energy, and consistency.
• Motivate participants with empathy and positivity — focus on sustainability, not intensity.
• Collaborate with our coaching team to align sessions with client goals.

Qualifications

• Certification or proven experience in functional training / dance fitness / Zumba / group fitness.
• Ability to design low-impact workouts suitable for beginners and obese clients.
• Strong communication & presence on Zoom — energetic, empathetic, motivating.
• Reliability and punctuality are a must.
