Job Description: As a Market Research Associate at Registerkaro, you will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing data to support decision-making processes. Your focus will be on evaluating market trends, studying consumer behavior, and conducting competitor analysis to provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent reading skills, a keen eye for detail, a solid academic background, and, most importantly, the attitude to get the work done.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, market conditions, and potential growth opportunities.- Compile and interpret research findings and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations.- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to the management team.- Assist the marketing and product teams with data-driven insights to support strategic planning and product positioning.- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to provide relevant updates to the team.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.- Excellent Reading Skills: Proficiency in reading and understanding complex reports and research documents.- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in research and reporting.- Strong Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Economics, or a related field, with a history of strong academic performance.- Attitude to Get the Work Done: A proactive and results-oriented mindset that drives tasks to completion.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and research tools; knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.- Effective communication skills for clear report writing and presentations.- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and independently when required.
