Position: Jr.Project Manager - Salesforce


Experience - 6 to 8 years


Education: B Tech(IT/CS), Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Technology, Information Technology, or related fields (other degree holders with relevant job experience is also acceptable)


Key responsibility areas:


Sales force automation, CRM, Loyalty Program and Dealer Management Application.


· Should have experience in having similar roles in the Building material manufacturing domain with a sound understanding of trade and OEM sales. Have experience of supporting a large multi - product, nationwide sales organization.


·  Strong coordination, organization, and communication abilities. Should be able to front-end discussions with the users and senior management


·   Analyse user systems and application needs, determine, and evaluate potential solutions, develop system specifications and requirements


• Vendor evaluation in terms of capabilities and commercials.


•  Project Management to ensure delivery of projects as per project timelines, with-in budgets and agreed scope.


•    Developing project plan, organisation, goals, resources.


•    Active participation in requirement gathering, UATs in order to bridge the divide between Technical and business knowledge.


•    Development of changes in existing Applications by Change requests and new module development. Ensuring Governance, security and flexible architecture in order to deliver futuristic business KPIs.


•    Develop necessary documentation associated with recommended business system changes, i.e., business requirements, functional design, system configuration documents Assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.


•    Validating applications from ITGC perspective and ensuring adherence with prevalent IT Policies


•    Getting developed training materials and training to new and existing users.
