Description : About Loop : Loop is a subscription management platform built for e-commerce brands on Shopify.Our primary market is the US, with growing presence in Europe and ANZ.We are scaling rapidly, driven by a strong product and exceptional merchant experience.We grew 5x in 2023, 3x in 2024, and are on track for 2.5x growth in 2025.With $10M+ ARR built through organic channels and a small, high-performing team, we believe in doing more with less.Our DNA : - High Agency action over instruction- High Ethics trust is the foundation- Positive Attitude solutions over excuses- Impact Driven if it doesn't move the needle, it doesn't matterKey Responsibilities : About The Role : This role ensures merchants move to Loop smoothly by owning the technical side of onboarding and subscription data migration.You will manage end-to-end migration workflows, support onboarding specialists, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high data accuracy with zero-error execution.The role blends backend operations, basic scripting, Shopify know-how, testing, and documentation ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with data, and enabling seamless merchant go-lives.Responsibilities : - Client Onboarding : Collaborate with the onboarding specialists to understand the technical requirements and ensure smooth onboarding of the merchants.- Data migration : Own the migration infrastructure to help merchants migrate their subscriptions data from their previous platform to Loop ensuring no data loss and errors.- Technical Support : Provide technical support to clients during the onboarding process, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.- Documentation : Create and maintain documentation for common configurations, data migration process and popular troubleshooting for speed resolution.- Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure no escalations or issues reported after the merchant is onboarded.- Shopify Expertise : Leverage your knowledge of Shopify to better assist merchants in having the custom requirements implemented as per the expectation.Ideal Profile : - Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend tech operations or a related role.- Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Python scripts- Experience in working with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, is a significant advantage.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.- Self-motivated and capable of working independently when required.Benefits : - Annual Leaves- Free lunch and snacks- Annual company retreat- Insurance (ref:hirist.tech)
