One of our client, a leader in PEB and steel fabrication, seeks an experienced Plant Head for its PEB division, who will oversee all PEB production, ensuring efficiency, quality and safety.

1. Lead PEB operations: planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and timely project delivery.

2. Optimize production: reduce costs, enhance quality, and meet project specifications.

3. Enforce safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

4. Lead the PEB team, fostering teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.

5. Analyze PEB production metrics and implement corrective actions.

6. Collaborate across departments for seamless project execution.

7. Drive best practices and innovation to maximize operational efficiency.

8. Manage PEB financials, including cost control and budget allocation.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and regulations.

10.Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.


:

1. Engineering/Manufacturing degree (Master's/MBA preferred) with 10+ years of experience.

2. Proven PEB leadership with a deep understanding of PEB manufacturing.

3. Technical expertise in PEB design, fabrication, and construction.

4. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving with a focus on process improvement.

6. Safety, quality, and environmental compliance knowledge.

7. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.

8. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

9. Commitment to continuous learning.
