The intern will assist in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience end-to-end.Location: Noida (Hybrid)Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates from job portals (Naukri, , Internshala, etc.) using keywords, filters, and Boolean search.Screen resumes to shortlist relevant candidates based on hiring requirements.Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate communication and role fit.Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates.Follow up with candidates during various stages of the hiring process.Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities when needed.Assist with documentation and onboarding coordination for new hires.Provide general administrative support to the HR team.Who Can ApplyRecent graduates or students currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.Candidates with strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR operations.Freshers looking to build a career in HR are encouraged to apply.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.Good understanding of job portals and social media platforms.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and high ownership.Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
