We are seeking a skilled and experienced (2-5 years relevant experience) Human Resources Business Partner to oversee all aspects of our HR department. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. The candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, managing employee relations, and supporting organizational growth. This candidate should work closely with the CEO and COO to understand and foresee business needs and implement, monitor and enhance action plans to achieve the same.


CTC 4L + PF, Medical Insurance, Gratuity, and LTA. Performance based incentives will be offered separately.

 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, and develop HR strategies and solutions to address them.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs for new hires.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization, serving as a trusted resource for HR-related questions and concerns.
  • Lead and/or support HR initiatives such as employee engagement surveys, performance reviews, and leadership development programs.
  • Stay informed about developments in HR best practices and employment laws and ensure compliance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
