Roles & Responsibilities :


- Lead the planning and design phases of SAP VIM OpenText implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives.

- Drive the implementation efforts, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

- Maintain and upgrade SAP VIM OpenText systems post-implementation, ensuring system stability, scalability, and performance optimization.

- Implement best practices for system maintenance and conduct regular assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and execute strategies to drive user adoption of SAP VIM OpenText solutions, leveraging various techniques such as training programs, user guides, and user feedback mechanisms.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and address any adoption challenges effectively.

- Possess a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Source to Pay business processes and system architecture, including integration points with SAP VIM and OpenText.

- Provide technical and functional expertise to guide implementation decisions and resolve complex issues.

- Have experience working in support projects, demonstrating a strong understanding of SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and priorities.

- Manage incident management and change management processes efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal disruption to business operations.

- Focus on scoping problems accurately and demonstrating strong troubleshooting abilities to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner.

- Should have 5 to 8 years of experience in VIM


- Hands-on experience working on OpenText VIM


- Experience with SAP R/3 and S4/HANA


- Working Knowledge in SAP FI/MM modules (Technical) and business processes


- Experience with SAP Fiori and Web services
