Working at DFE Pharma means having the freedom to act, the drive to take responsibility, and the opportunity to develop your skills within a motivated, cross-functional team in an international environment.Now is your chance to join We are looking for aProduction Managerto lead our manufacturing operations at our Cuddalore site.What we ask Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemical Technology or a related field Minimum 10 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations within the pharmaceutical, chemical, or food industry Strong understanding of cGMP, ISO 9001/14001, HALAL, KOSHER, and EHS standards Proven ability to lead production teams and drive operational excellence (OEE, yield, productivity, and cost efficiency) Experience with SOP/WI/MBR documentation and compliance systems Excellent collaboration and communication skills across departments (Maintenance, QC, QA, SCM, HR) Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skillsWhat we offer An international working environment with a strong focus on quality and safety Continuous learning and development opportunities — your growth benefits both you and us An excellent remuneration package A flat organization structure with short communication lines and empowered decision-makingVacancy description Lead daily production operations in line with DFE Pharma’s global quality and safety standards Ensure compliance with cGMP, HALAL, KOSHER, IPEC, OSHA, and ISO 9001/14001 requirements Develop and execute production plans to achieve operational targets (efficiency, yield, cost, and quality) Champion Health, Safety, and Environmental responsibility across the site Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Safety, Maintenance, QC, QA, SCM, HR, Administration) to ensure smooth operations Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and energy-saving initiatives Oversee preventive maintenance and ensure plant equipment reliability Manage deviations, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions Lead and develop production teams through training, performance feedback, and coaching Conduct daily operations and shift handover meetings to ensure transparent communication and issue resolution
