This role will supportend-to-end HR Operations , including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, attendance and records management, and coordination with internal teams.The ideal candidate will havehands-on experience using Zoho HR systems , strong communication skills, the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks independently, and willingness to worknight shifts to support global operations .Key ResponsibilitiesManage employee onboarding activities, including documentation, profile creation, induction coordination, and verification processes Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accurately Handle attendance tracking, leave management, shift schedules, and system updates throughZoho Peopleor similar HRIS tools Support HR compliance requirements including policy documentation, audit readiness, and record upkeep Coordinate with internal teams and leadership regarding HR requests, data updates, and employee engagement activities Provide assistance on grievance handling, query resolution, and escalation follow-through Generate HR reports, dashboards, MIS, and analytics as required Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive HR data and employee information Assist in execution of HR operational improvements and workflow enhancementsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5 to 6 yearsof experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management Mandatory working knowledge of Zoho People / Zoho HRMSfor HR-related workflows Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing structured processes Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Comfortable working inUS Shift (Night Shift)Preferred SkillsExperience supporting HR for global or RPO organizations Understanding of HR compliance frameworks, onboarding best practices, and documentation standards Ability to multitask and prioritize without needing close supervision Positive attitude, people-friendly approach, and problem-solving mindsetPerks & BenefitsFamily Health Insurance coverage Provident Fund benefits Night Shift Allowance provided Safe and reliableCab Facilityfor pick-up and drop Rewards & Recognitionprograms celebrating performance Energetic workplace environment with monthly and quarterly events
