Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. You will work cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives and align with our business goals.

Key Own and manage a portfolio of key accounts to drive long-term client engagement.

- Develop deep understanding of client business, pain points, and growth opportunities.

- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, proposing solutions aligned to their goals.

- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing, support) to ensure seamless delivery.

- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

- Monitor account performance, client satisfaction, and commercial health.

- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems and provide regular progress reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors/masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 3 to 8 years of proven experience in account management, client servicing, or B2B sales.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build strong client relationships and influence key decision-makers.

- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Experience:

- Prior experience in SaaS, Tech, Consulting, BFSI, or Engineering solutions.

- Familiarity with key account planning frameworks and structured sales approaches.
