Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive chemistry curriculum for both online and in-person learning environments, ensuring alignment with institutional guidelines and best practices.
- Develop daily lesson plans and accompanying presentation slides for offline classes. Create exam question papers and maintain a robust question bank for student practice and comprehensive exam preparation.
- Build and curate a high-quality question bank to facilitate effective learning and assessment strategies.
Learning Resource Development and Management:
- Create and refine high-quality learning materials, including presentations, videos, and other instructional resources, adhering to Xylem Learning's standards and curriculum guidelines.
- Adapt course content and delivery methods to accommodate diverse student learning styles and abilities.
- Maintain the security and integrity of all course materials, ensuring their appropriate use and preservation.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Participate actively in organizational meetings with Course Coordinators and Mentor Chiefs.
- Offer constructive feedback on sessions, batches, and courses, incorporating insights from student and parent evaluations.
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance subject matter expertise and teaching skills.
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of chemistry principles and a commitment to ongoing research in the field.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and their application in online and offline learning.
- Proficiency in creating engaging and informative presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a well-defined pedagogical approach.
