They leverage their extensive technical expertise and leadership skills to lead complex projects, mentor junior team members and drive innovation across the organisation. They are proficient in all aspects of engineering disciplines, and they often have a deeper understanding of architecture and design principles. They lead the technical direction and executions of deliveries, ensuring high quality solution aligned with business goals. Lead engineers drive continuous improvement and innovations, exploring new technologies and approaches to enhance team productivity and efficiency. Looking for someone who has basic fundamentals is clear. CI/CD - Docker or Kubernetes concepts.Kubernetes Experience: Proven experience in setting up and managing Kubernetes environments (active involvement). Proficiency in configuring namespaces, deployments, and containers. Ability to manage secrets and configure ingress and egress rules. Experience in setting up and managing services within Kubernetes. Knowledge of implementing Horizontal Pod Autoscaling (HPA) for efficient resource management. Competence in viewing and analyzing logs for troubleshooting and performance monitoring.AWS Experience: Hands-on experience in setting up infrastructure using Terraform. Expertise in creating and managing Amazon EKS clusters.
