Position Overview

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of offline marketing strategies to promote our loan products and enhance brand visibility. Your efforts will play a crucial role in customer acquisition and engagement.


Key Responsibilities

Craft Compelling Strategies: Design and implement innovative offline marketing campaigns tailored to our target markets.

Dive into Market Insights: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs and preferences, ensuring our offerings resonate with our audience.

Lead Dynamic Events: Organize and execute promotional events, seminars, and workshops that create memorable experiences and drive customer interest.

Collaborate for Success: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives and amplify our brand message across channels.

Measure and Optimize: Analyze campaign performance and prepare insightful reports to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.


What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in offline marketing or brand management, preferably within the BFSI sector.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
