Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end PPC campaigns across Google Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.- Optimize campaigns for ROI, conversions, and customer acquisition while minimizing CPA.- Conduct detailed keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid strategy optimization.- Analyze campaign performance and create actionable reports with insights and recommendations.- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure high-performing ad copies and visuals.- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to refine campaign strategies.- Leverage Google Merchant Center and feed management tools for effective Shopping campaigns.- Test new ad formats, bidding strategies, and landing page experiences to drive continuous improvement.- Manage monthly budgets and forecast performance & Skills:- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in PPC campaign management, with a strong focus on eCommerce.- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Google Shopping, and YouTube Ads.- Experience with Bing Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads is a plus.- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.- Deep understanding of ROAS, LTV, and conversion tracking.- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for campaign analysis and data handling.- Google Ads Certification preferred.- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a test-and-learn mindset (ref:iimjobs.com)
