Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a full-funnel digital marketing strategy for your assigned market.- Own performance metrics customer acquisition, CAC, ROAS, retention, and revenue growth.- Lead cross-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms.- Collaborate with central brand, creative, and analytics teams to align local strategy with global goals.- Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and campaign data to uncover insights and opportunities.- Manage and optimize budgets to deliver efficient growth while maintaining profitability.- Conduct A/B testing, experiment with new channels, and drive continuous CRO improvements.- Represent the markets voice understanding local nuances, consumer psychology, and competitive landscape.- Report directly to the Global Marketing Head with actionable insights and growth & Skills:- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).- 612 years of experience in digital marketing or growth, ideally with market ownership experience.- Proven track record of driving growth in D2C, eCommerce, or tech-led businesses.- Strong expertise in performance marketing across Google, Meta, and other paid channels.- Experience with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, etc.- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate numbers into actionable strategy.- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a bias for action (ref:iimjobs.com)
