Role Overview

The Manager – Administration, Facility, Travel & Guest House will be responsible for managing the overall administrative operations at the Mirzapur location, ensuring smooth functioning of facilities, employee travel arrangements, and guest house management. The role requires strong coordination, vendor management, people management, and a service-oriented mindset to ensure efficiency, comfort, and compliance in day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities


1. Administration & Facility Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the Mirzapur facility.
  • Manage housekeeping, security, pantry, office supplies, and other facility services.
  • Ensure maintenance of office infrastructure, equipment, and utilities in coordination with vendors.
  • Implement cost-effective administrative practices while maintaining quality standards.
  • Monitor statutory compliance related to facility operations (safety, fire, waste management, etc.).


2. Travel Management

  • Manage end-to-end travel requirements for employees, artisans, and management including ticketing, accommodation, and transport.
  • Develop relationships with travel agencies, hotels, and transport providers for cost optimization.
  • Ensure timely bookings, travel support, and expense control.
  • Maintain travel MIS and budgets.


3. Guest House Management

  • Oversee operations of the company guest house including housekeeping, food, transport, and hospitality.
  • Ensure high-quality standards in guest experience for visiting staff, management, and guests.
  • Coordinate with vendors and caretakers for smooth functioning and upkeep of the property.
  • Maintain guest house budget, inventory, and service records.


4. Vendor & Budget Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors for facility, travel, and hospitality services.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure cost control without compromising on quality.
  • Prepare and manage administrative budgets and track expenses.


5. Employee & Stakeholder Support

  • Provide administrative support for meetings, events, and training programs at the Mirzapur location.
  • Act as a liaison between employees, management, and service providers to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Foster a safe, comfortable, and productive workplace environment.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Administration / Management or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Administration, Facility, Travel, and Hospitality Management.
  • Experience in managing guest houses / residential facilities is preferred.
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and budget-handling skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP tools is an added advantage.
